- The K's of Montana, USA sent this in an email: "We and the kids (teens) were reminiscing
about our wonderful trip to your cottage in June and wanted to thank you again for such a wonderful place to stay and an unforgettable trip. We hope to book it again!"

- Mrs. W of NYC and her guests enjoyed "an absolutely DREAM summer." During her 6 week summer stay she emailed that "The house and plantings are really lovely. My house guests love your house as much as I do and we are truly having a wonderful time." She said that their mornings included a swim at the closest cove, local marketing in Beaulieu, and lunch on the veranda while planning an afternoon outing . Late afternoons included cool drinks and people watching in St. Jean, while considering where to have dinner. This group particularly enjoyed the 20th century art museums and sandy beaches nearby.

- The B's of Australia immediately wanted to book for 3 months the next year upon arrival for their 6 week late springtime stay, and loved entertaining their friends on the rooftop deck. The cottage far exceeded their expectations.

- The M's of Montana, USA, "enjoyed breakfast on the rooftop deck overlooking the Bay of Villefranche while planning our outing for the day." They reported that they loved the back country, and despite being non-French speakers and never having driven in the area before, had wonderful visits by car to Eze, then La Turbie and finally St. Agnes above Menton. Close by, their favorite spot was the Villefranche waterfront and village, which they explored on foot both day and night.

- During an early March visit, Mr. and Mrs. H of the Netherlands wrote, "Cap Ferrat is a jewel, and the general area is a feast for the senses - eyes and tastebuds in particular. Where has this place been all our lives?"

- Dr. and Mrs. B from California, USA, have stayed for a fortnight or more during the months of May, October and February, each visit longer than the last! After their most recent visit Mrs. B mentioned that they "so enjoyed cooking in the well-equipped kitchen."
